Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics in Irving, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support chairside procedures and patient education while maintaining top-notch infection control and recordkeeping. The role includes eventual front-office support and community outreach, with a focus on delivering a 5-star patient experience.

Qualifications

Active RDA certification & RDA license required at time of hire.
Minimum 1 year of dental office experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of patient care or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Foster a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
Perform chairside assistance and patient education.
Take dental images, x-rays, and impressions.
Manage patient records and dental charting.
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
Assist the dentist during treatments and hand instruments.
Cross-train to support front office tasks as needed.
Participate in community outreach activities.
