Job summary

Diamond Braces is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join our orthodontic team. You will work side-by-side with our orthodontists to deliver exceptional patient care and help create confident, healthy smiles.

We provide training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team, with starting pay at $25.00 per hour and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Previous orthodontic experience is a plus, but training is available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Assistant required.
• At least one year of dental experience.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist chairside during orthodontic procedures.
• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Document clinical notes accurately.
• Fabricate Essix retainers and assist with laboratory procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.

What You'll Do

As an Registered Dental Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our orthodontists to deliver exceptional patient care while helping create confident, healthy smiles.

Your Responsibilities Include

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Licensed as a Dental Assistant (state requirements apply)

Has at least one year of dental experience

Reliable with excellent attendance
