Job summary

Diamond Braces is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing, technology-driven orthodontic team. You will support the clinicians, deliver high-quality patient care, and contribute to a positive patient experience daily.

In this role you’ll assist chairside, take X-rays and scans, prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, educate patients, and help with clinical documentation. Training is provided, and growth is encouraged within the practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant (state requirements apply).
• Has at least one year of dental experience.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting chairside during orthodontic procedures
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments
• Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Documenting clinical notes accurately
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment

Starting Pay: $25.00+ per hour

What You'll Do

As an Registered Dental Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our orthodontists to deliver exceptional patient care while helping create confident, healthy smiles.
