Gold Standard Family Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Invisalign-focused practice in Odessa, Texas. You will provide chairside assistance, support patient comfort, and work with state-of-the-art technology to deliver exceptional care.

We offer a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:30 am–4:30 pm), competitive hourly pay of $20–$24 based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is required.
• Valid RDA License as required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists and sterilize, prepare instruments.
• Assist with Invisalign procedures and patient comfort to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RDA License as required by the state
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience is required
• Experience with the iTero Scanner is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
• Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, and Radiology
• Willing to learn and grow with the practice, including CE and on-the-jobtraining
