Job summary

Salt Dental Partners is hiring a Pediatric Dental Assistant to support patients and families before, during, and after appointments, ensuring a consistently positive visit.

Responsibilities include taking radiographs and impressions, preparing and sterilizing the treatment room, and documenting care in patient records.

Qualifications: RDA with valid registration, 6+ months experience, CPR/BLS, excellent communication, and knowledge of dentistry; CODA-accredited program preferred.

• Pay is $26.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience.
• $500.00 sign on bonus

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology

Requirements

• 6+ months of practical experience as a pediatric dental assistant
• CPR or BCLS certification
• Completion of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program (preferred)
• Quick learner with problem-solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Technical/troubleshooting skills for software used in charting, patient records, and scheduling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
