About the Role

The candidate must love helping people, learning and finding solutions to challenges and improving patient care with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sterilization, Infection Control and OSHA
• Assist the providers with charting and patient follow up.
• Assist providers with set up, chair side assisting and clean up
• Assist with internal and external marketing, including obtaining reviews, social media posting, creating networking events and educational lunch or dinner meetings
• Learn & educate patients about : Airway-centered sleep, TMJ, orthodontics & smile restorations; Myofunctional therapy; Frenectomy; Holistic hygiene & pediatric dentistry; and other services offered at Aviara.
• Assist the providers and admin team as needed on various projects when time permits.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• RDA or OA certificate.
