We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties. The primary role of the RDA is to assist the dentist in providing the best possible treatment with urgency, helping to gain patient commitment.

Responsibilities

1. Assist the dentist to gain patient commitment for treatment with urgency.
2. Participate actively in delivering the Perfect Patient ExperienceÔ by focusing on optimal treatment and attending to patient needs and concerns.
3. Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment; prepare patients for treatment and assist the doctors to ensure efficient, quality dental care.
4. Complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
5. Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care under the dentist’s guidance.
6. Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories following ADA guidelines.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental boards.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED, along with state-mandated training courses for certification, licensure, or registration.
2. Certifications/licenses as required by the state (e.g., radiograph, coronal polish, ultrasonic scaling, etc.).
3. Associate degree or a one-year certificate from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation: $19.25 - $27.00 per hour.
