Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our Fayetteville, AR office and work with kids in a supportive team. The role offers a 30–35 hour work week with a split schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Applicants should have Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification (or ability to obtain) and strong communication. Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking, are strongly encouraged to apply.

$15–$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Apply pit and fissure sealants
• Take dental X-rays as needed
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene
• Help ensure smooth, efficient patient flow from reception to treatment
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient

Schedule

30 to 35 hours per week

We offer a split-shift schedule to provide variety and flexibility:

• Early shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Late shift: 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Every other Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Example schedule: Monday & Tuesday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM; Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 AM–7:00 PM; every other Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
