ADP, Inc. in Bentonville is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to support a kid-friendly practice and deliver quality patient care.

You will work with a collaborative team to provide chairside assistance, X-rays, sealants, and patient education, while maintaining a welcoming environment for families. The position offers 32 to 37 hours per week, with a Monday-Thursday schedule and every other Friday, plus employer-paid health benefits and progressive training opportunities.

$15-$19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Apply pit and fissure sealants
• Take dental X-rays as needed
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene
• Help ensure smooth, efficient patient flow from reception to treatment
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient

We’re Looking For

• Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification, or the ability to obtain certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish-speaking candidates, are strongly encouraged to apply

Schedule

32 to 37 hours per week

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Every other Friday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
