Job summary

Denton PLLC dba Absolute Smile Dental is seeking a qualified and caring Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. The RDA will support the dentist during exams and procedures and perform scheduling and administrative tasks, ensuring a friendly patient experience.

The ideal candidate is state-licensed as an RDA with at least two years of experience, friendly and outgoing, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a welcoming dental practice.

Qualifications

• State-licensed as an RDA.
• Two years of dental assisting experience.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
• Schedule appointments
