Job summary

Upland Dental Group and Implant Center is seeking a qualified Registered Dental Assistant to join our compassionate team in California. You will assist the dentist during exams and procedures and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments to ensure smooth patient flow.

The ideal candidate holds a current RDA license, has at least two years of dental assisting experience, and is friendly and professional, dedicated to creating an outstanding patient experience.

Qualifications

• State-licensed Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with current licensure.
• Minimum two years of dental assisting experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer any questions they have
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical history
• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Assist dentist during procedures and exams
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies
