1. Assisting the dentist in patient care and treatment procedures with urgency and professionalism.
2. Participating in creating a positive patient experience by addressing individual needs and concerns.
3. Maintaining a clean, sterile environment and preparing patients for treatment.
4. Completing x-rays and intra-oral pictures as directed by the dentist.
5. Instructing patients on postoperative and oral health care.
6. Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment according to ADA guidelines.
7. Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and privacy regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, with required state-specific training and certifications.
• Relevant licenses or registrations (e.g., radiograph exposure, sealant application).
• Preferred: an associate degree or a one-year certificate from an accredited institution.
