Job summary

Breeze Dental in Austin, TX is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant who will be more than support—part of our mission to deliver holistic, preventive care. You’ll greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and assist clinicians chairside with professionalism.

You’ll work with Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign, maintain clean, organized rooms, manage patient records and scheduling, and contribute to lab tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven dental assisting experience.
• Solid knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols.
• Experience with Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign (preferred).
• Comfort with Open Dental software.
• Excellent communication with patients.
• Genuine passion for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and prepare them for treatment.
• Assist dentist and hygienists chairside and keep procedures smooth.
• Set up, sterilize instruments per protocol.
• Operate Cerec and iTero scanning; assist Invisalign and cosmetic cases.
• Provide post-op and oral hygiene instructions.

• Manage patient records, scheduling, and payments.
• Perform lab tasks and support team as needed.

Compensation:

$25 - $29 hourly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment
• Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth
• Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to protocol
• Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases
• Provide clear, compassionate post-op and oral hygiene instructions
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
• Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures
• Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you

What You Bring

• Proven dental assisting experience (required)
• Solid knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Experience with Cerec, iTero, and Invisalign attachment and delivery (preferred)
• Comfort with Open Dental software and office technology
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients
• A genuine passion for patient care and the experience you create

Salary Information
