Job summary

Elite-Dental-Partners is seeking a Dental Assistant passionate about patient care and education to join a team focused on creating a welcoming environment. The role includes chair-side support, X-ray processing, patient education, and maintaining meticulous records.

You will work with dentists and hygienists, travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices, and contribute to an environment that promotes health and confidence in patients.

Qualifications

• Completion of a dental assisting program and state board radiology certification.
• Experience as a dental assistant preferred.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and dental software Dentrix.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up.
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays.
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files.
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories.
• Educate patients on the importance of their oral health and how it is best maintained.

• Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to create a great environment
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices
