Qualifications

• Proven dental assisting experience (required).
• Solid knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols.
• Experience with CEREC, iTero, and Invisalign attachment and delivery (preferred).
• Comfort with Open Dental software and office technology.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with patients.
• A genuine passion for patient care and the experience you create.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients with genuine warmth and prepare them comfortably for their treatment.
• Assist the dentist and hygienists chairside, anticipating needs and keeping procedures smooth.
• Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to protocol.
• Operate Cerec scanning and milling, iTero scanning, and assist with Invisalign and cosmetic cases.
• Provide clear, compassionate post-op and oral hygiene instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms.
• Manage accurate patient records, scheduling, and payment procedures.
• Perform lab tasks and support the team wherever the day takes you.

Compensation:

$22 - $29 hourly

What You Bring

• Proven dental assisting experience (required)
