Position Details

The Private Client Division at Oppenheimer is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate for their Bellevue branch. The role supports Financial Advisors in sales, marketing, and daily operations, requiring excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. The role involves assisting in daily tasks to grow the business, ensure smooth operations, and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and adapt to service the needs of various accounts, addressing client and advisor questions
  • Develop knowledge of forms and account procedures to assist clients effectively
  • Utilize research and support tools efficiently
  • Produce analytical reports using various software
  • Enhance client relationships by providing timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain integrity and respect in all interactions
  • Grow existing client relationships
  • Assist with marketing efforts and client events
  • Prioritize tasks, track project progress, handle calls, and schedule appointments
  • Increase knowledge of rules, regulations, and financial concepts
  • Collaborate with support staff, Financial Advisors, and management
Skills and Requirements
  • Series 7 and 63/65 (or 66) licenses required within three months of hire
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification required
  • 5+ years’ experience as a sales assistant/CSA in a brokerage environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office and quick learner of internal software
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and growth mindset
