Registered Client Service Associates help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care. The Registered CSA assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm. This is a key role that requires an understanding of firm policies, procedures, and capabilities to deliver comprehensive service to clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support
  • Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication, processing requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and maintaining current documentation.
  • Identify and assist with firm services supporting clients’ needs, including banking products, digital offerings like Morgan Stanley Online and Mobile.
  • Authenticate clients and confirm authorization when processing requests.
  • Onboard and maintain client accounts, including gathering information, assessing risk, and processing transactions.
  • Input orders, discuss reinvestment options, and handle corporate actions as directed by clients or Financial Advisors.
  • Prepare financial plans and reports for client meetings.
  • Review and respond to account alerts appropriately.
Other
  • Partner with Financial Advisors to develop business plans and deliver client service.
  • Support marketing efforts, including maintaining digital platforms and planning client events.
  • Participate in training and education programs to stay current on policies, procedures, and platforms.
  • Perform administrative duties like managing calls, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
  • Engage in firm initiatives and collaborate with colleagues.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Education and/or Experience
  • Active Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63, and Series 65 licenses.
  • Two or more years of industry experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
  • Strong industry and product knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and client service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, results-driven.
  • Knowledge of financial products like equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, annuities, and insurance.
