A leading global firm in financial services seeks a registered client associate based in Paramus, NJ. The role involves maintaining client information, educating clients on services, and preparing documentation. Ideal candidates will possess relevant licenses, 2-5 years of experience, and exceptional communication skills, contributing to high-net-worth clientele.

We are seeking a registered client associate to:
• maintain management systems with current client information
• educate clients about account services and features
• assist in preparing reports and other documents for client meetings
• gather the necessary documentation for establishing new accounts and service requests
• organize team marketing events and oversee marketing materials
Your team
You will be based in the Paramus, NJ office. Our focus is on assisting high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals and families in achieving their financial objectives through financial advisors who provide products and services customized to their specific needs.
Your expertise
• Licenses for series 7 and 66
• Ideally, 2-5 years of experience in client services within the finance industry
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented (you notice everything)
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
