Registered Client Service Associates provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s) (FAs)/ Private Wealth Advisor(s) (PWAs)/ teams on a daily basis. Through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client-first mindset, a successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and will be able to assist clients with their everyday needs.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT SUPPORT
  • Supporting FAs/PWAs/teams in cultivating and enhancing client relationships
  • Executing money movement transactions at client or team request
  • Answering non-investment related questions about client accounts, including stock positions and account balances
  • Entering profile information or pre-filling account documentation as directed
  • Educating or enrolling clients in digital tools (e.g., MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization)
  • Onboarding and maintaining client accounts, collecting necessary documentation
  • Providing clients with account details and investment information
  • Accepting or entering orders as directed
  • Supporting marketing strategies and participating in firm initiatives
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
  • Handling inbound/outbound calls regarding service requests
  • Managing calendars and coordinating meetings
  • Maintaining travel arrangements, expense reports, and reimbursements
  • Providing general office support such as copying, filing, and scanning
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS
Education and/or Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses
  • Preferred: two or more years of industry experience
Knowledge/Skills
  • Knowledge of financial products (equities, bonds, options, mutual funds, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Team player with collaborative skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, multitask, and adapt
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
