Stonebrook Wealth Partners is an independent wealth management firm providing financial guidance, investment management, and retirement planning services to individuals, families, and businesses. We are committed to integrity, transparency, and delivering a highly personal level of service.
We are seeking an experienced and fully licensed Registered Client Service Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position at our office in Boca Raton, Florida.
This is an opportunity to hold a central, highly trusted position within a growing independent wealth management firm. The person selected for this role will work directly with Joe Mazzucco, Stonebrook’s Founder and Managing Partner, serving as his right hand in the daily servicing of clients and helping ensure that the practice operates smoothly, efficiently, and at a consistently high standard.
We are looking specifically for a career Client Service Associate who takes genuine pride in the work itself. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with clients, writing thoughtful and polished emails, preparing accurate paperwork, resolving service issues, and following through until every request is complete.
This role also requires someone who thinks beyond the immediate task. The right person notices small details, anticipates potential problems, knows which questions to ask, and recognizes when something may require additional attention. They are proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and naturally attentive to the things others may overlook.
This is not an entry-level training position. Candidates should already understand the responsibilities, pace, and importance of client service within a wealth management practice and be prepared to contribute immediately.

- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to client questions and service requests by phone and email.
- Prepare clear, polished, and grammatically accurate client correspondence.
- Open new accounts and process account maintenance, asset transfers, money movement, distributions, beneficiary changes, and other client paperwork.
- Onboard new clients, including gathering required information and documentation and communicating with clients throughout the process.
- Track outstanding requests and follow up with clients, advisors, LPL Financial, and third-party providers until each matter is fully resolved.
- Research and resolve client service, administrative, and operational issues.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, create reminders, and coordinate meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate client records, contact information, electronic files, and email distribution lists.
- Assist with data entry and investment information used in financial and retirement plans.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the financial advisors affiliated with the practice.
- Coordinate with technology, security, marketing, and other third-party vendors when needed.
- Assist with routine client communications and marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, newsletters, social media, website updates, and client events.
- Support the firm’s relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and other strategic partners.
- Assist with the onboarding and transition of established financial advisors joining the practice.
- Participate in industry training and education to remain current on firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Provide clients with a warm, responsive, and highly professional experience.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through without repeated reminders.
- Notice missing, inconsistent, or unusual information and ask appropriate follow-up questions.
- Anticipate potential issues and address them before they become larger problems.
- Exercise sound judgment in determining when to act independently and when to involve an advisor.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, by email, and through video conferencing.
- Approach challenges calmly and resourcefully, with a focus on finding solutions.
- Handle confidential client and firm information with discretion.
- Contribute positively to Stonebrook’s client experience, daily operations, and team culture.
Requirements
