Job summary

UBS is seeking a service-oriented professional to provide operational and administrative support to financial advisors in our Wayzata, Minnesota office. You will help keep client information up-to-date, educate clients on account services, and prepare materials for client meetings.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance, communication, or business, and Series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to obtain after hire).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, communication, or business.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Ideally 5 years of experience in client service within the finance sector.
• Excellent communication and solid interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented; nothing gets past you.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - Minnesota - Wayzata min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
