Qualifications

• Licensing required: Series 7 and 66 or willingness to obtain after hire.
• Typically 5 years of client service experience, preferably in finance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, communication, or business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Detail orientation – accuracy is critical.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support to clients and assist the team with day-to-day details for a seamless client experience.
• Support relationship-building by listening to client priorities and helping manage financial information.

As a Client Associate, you’ll help strengthen these relationships by providing responsive support to clients and assisting the team with the day-to-day details that help deliver a seamless client experience.

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses or willingness to obtain after hire


• ideally 5 years of experience in client service, preferably within the finance sector


• bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, focusing on finance, communication, or business


• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills


• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)


• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:

• United States - Minnesota - Bloomington min USD 55000 - max USD 75000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
