Job summary

UBS in Sarasota, FL is seeking a Registered Client Associate to support Private Wealth Management teams with client service and operations. You’ll keep client data up-to-date, assist in preparing client meeting materials, and help educate clients on account services.

You will collect documentation for new accounts, plan team marketing events, and maintain a detailed calendar of activities, leveraging strong communication and MS Office skills to support the team.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required or in progress.
• 3+ years of experience in client service within finance.
• Bachelor degree preferred, focus on business/finance.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented and accurate in handling information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
