Job summary

UBS in New York is seeking a Registered Client Associate to provide white‑glove service to ultra high net worth clients and support senior advisors with account activity and meetings. You create and maintain client records, educate clients on account services, prepare reports, collect documents for new accounts, plan team events, and keep the calendar up to date.

• 3–5 years of client service experience in finance.
• Bachelor degree preferred, focusing on Finance.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented – nothing gets past you.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Spanish speaking and trading experience preferred.
