Snowpine Wealth in Salt Lake City seeks an experienced client services associate to support financial advisors and branch operations. You will open accounts, schedule meetings, handle inquiries, and maintain CRM records.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of general office and customer service experience, and Series 7 & 66 registrations (or willingness). This onsite position offers medical stipend and PTO.
Interacts daily with clients, including basic inquiries and sensitive account information
Schedules meetings on the phone, in person, virtually, and through mailings.
Works both independently and within a team environment to provide crucial support to the financial advisors and branch office.
Open new client accounts, process money movement, and research information as needed
Creates and maintains records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Actively engages in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures.
Places trades as directed by and on behalf of Wealth Partner
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, or similar contact management software.
Microsoft Office 365 applications
Effective communication across multiple client platforms (in-person, virtual, phone and mail)
Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
Analyze and research account information.
Organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment.
Identify time sensitive items and assess competing priorities.
Take initiative and proactively follow up on submitted items to ensure completion; resolve errors, questions or concerns.
Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, professional manner.
Use mathematics sufficient to process account and transaction information.
Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, in person and virtually.
Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Experience: 2+ years of general office and customer service experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Registrations: Series 7 & 66 required or willing to obtain within stated period after start date
