Job summary

Snowpine Wealth is seeking a Registered Client Associate to provide front-line client service and administrative support for the wealth management team. The role emphasizes strong communication, client service, and operational accuracy within a professional office setting.

You will help manage client accounts, support advisors, and ensure efficient office operations while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with firm policies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of general office and customer service experience.
  • Experience using CRM software and handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Interacts daily with clients, including basic inquiries and sensitive account information.
  • Schedules meetings on the phone, in person, virtually, and through mailings.
  • Works both independently and within a team environment to provide support to the financial advisors and branch office.
  • Open new client accounts, process money movement, and research information as needed.
  • Creates and maintains records and files utilizing CRM software.
  • Actively engages in training and professional development opportunities to stay current on policies and procedures.
  • Places trades as directed by Wealth Partner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description Summary

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Registered Client Associate who understands the needs of the business, is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience, and excels in both communication and operational administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Interacts daily with clients, including basic inquiries and sensitive account information
  • Schedules meetings on the phone, in person, virtually, and through mailings
  • Works both independently and within a team environment to provide crucial support to the financial advisors and branch office
  • Open new client accounts, process money movement, and research information as needed
  • Creates and maintains records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Actively engages in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures
  • Places trades as directed by and on behalf of Wealth Partner
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Company’s working structure, policies, mission, and strategies
  • General office practices, procedures, and methods
  • Skill in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, or similar contact management software
  • Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Effective communication across multiple client platforms (in-person, virtual, phone and mail)
  • Ability to Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Analyze and research account information
  • Organize, manage, and track multiple, detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, task-oriented work environment
  • Identify time sensitive items and assess competing priorities
  • Take initiative and proactively follow up on submitted items to ensure completion; resolve errors, questions or concerns
  • Provide a high level of customer service in a calm, professional manner
  • Use mathematics sufficient to process account and transaction information
  • Use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels, in person and virtually
  • Work both independently and as part of a cohesive team

Experience

2+ years of general office and customer service experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree required

Registrations

Series 7 & 66 required or willing to obtain within stated period after start date
