RN Registered Charge Nurse

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full-service healthcare management organization providing development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities for over 35 years in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. HSM is known for high-quality patient care and physician collaboration. We seek compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Registered Charge Nurses to join our dialysis team.

Responsibilities and Physical Demands

• Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to patients.
• Deliver professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Utilize the nursing process for direct and indirect patient care.
• Supervise and coordinate with team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care tailored to patient age/developmental stage.
• Maintain a safe patient environment by adhering to safety policies and standards.
• This role requires frequent standing and bending.

Education and Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN license valid in the practice state.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability and willingness to cover shifts as needed.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner.
• Must pass Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
