RN Registered Charge Nurse

Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full-service healthcare management organization providing a full range of development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities over the past 35 years in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. HSM has an outstanding reputation in the renal community for providing high-quality patient care and encouraging physician input while maintaining efficient business operations. We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Registered Charge Nurse to join our dialysis team.

RN Responsibilities and Physical Demands:

• Provide prescribed medical and dialysis treatment to patients.
• Render professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
• Supervise and collaborate with other team members.
• Work with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care tailored to patient age/developmental stage.
• Maintain a safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
• This position requires frequent standing and bending.

RN Education Requirements and Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current RN licensure valid in the practice state.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience (required).
• Dialysis experience (preferred, 3 months).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and fill in as needed.
• Excellent bedside manner and communication skills.
• Must pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; no visa sponsorship available.
