Qualifications

• Associate degree in cardiovascular technology, ultrasonography or related field (preferred).
• BLS certification is required.
• Credentialed in echocardiography: RDCS or RCS.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography including TTE, TE echo and stress testing.
• Demonstrate ability to perform non-invasive and invasive cardiac exams.
• Know cardiac anatomy and interpretation of results.
• Prepare and monitor patients before and during procedures.
• Access and document in EHR; review patient data for accuracy.
• On-call hours required.
