Job summary

Kavana Care is seeking an ABA therapy assistant to provide in-home adaptive behavior treatment under a BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior modification and skill-building plans with clients, collect data, and document progress and concerns.

Responsibilities include data collection, session notes, and reporting to the supervising BCBA, while maintaining compassionate, professional conduct in home environments. RBT certification and a HS diploma are required.

Job description

modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive
skills.

• Record session notes detailing treatment

• Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA

• File medical and crisis incident reports

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write English

• High school diploma

• RBT Certification

• Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended)

• Ability to work hands-on with children

Hourly range: $26.00-$30.00
