Job summary

Kavana Living seeks a dedicated RBT to assist in delivering adaptive behavior treatment and ABA-based skill development for clients in Baltimore, MD.

As part-time, 15 hours per week, you will implement programs under supervision, collect and record data, maintain session notes, and communicate progress with the supervising BCBA. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork with families, and strict adherence to treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic ABA terms (training may be provided).
• Knowledgeable about data collection software (training may be provided).
• Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families.
• Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed.
