Job summary

Kavana Living in Statesville, NC is seeking an in-home ABA therapist to implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, record session notes, and report progress while maintaining professional communication with families.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and RBT certification, with experience in education or autism-related fields recommended. Hours are 3:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, in-home settings.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing English required.

Provides adaptive behavior treatment directly to client. Treatment includes behavior
modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive
skills.

• Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA

• Collect data on above programs

• Record session notes detailing treatment

• Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA

• File medical and crisis incident reports

• Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write English

• Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended)
