Kavana Care is seeking a qualified in-home ABA assistant to implement behavior modification and skill-building programs under supervision. You will work directly with clients, collect data, and document sessions in collaboration with families and the supervising BCBA.
The role requires RBT certification, a high school diploma, and strong English literacy. Prior experience in education or autism-related fields is preferred, with a focus on compassionate, patient care for children.
Provides adaptive behavior treatment directly to client. Treatment includes behavior
modification treatment as well as providing training to client in communication, social, and adaptive
skills.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior modification and skill acquisition programs, as directed by BCBA
Collect data on above programs
Record session notes detailing treatment
Report successes, challenges, and questions to supervising BCBA
File medical and crisis incident reports
Qualifications:
Ability to read and write English
High school diploma
RBT Certification
Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended)
Ability to work hands-on with children

Hourly range: $24.00-$27.00
