Shift

Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (52 week year round position)

Every day as an RBT you will

• Ensure the safety and supervision of the children
• Work with children on a 1:1 basis in a school environment
• Provide interventions to children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and speech and language disabilities
• Deescalate and mitigate behaviors using positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS)

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• EXPERIENCE: At least 1 year of work experience with children or adolescents preferred.
