Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home, school, and community sessions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children with ASD or developmental needs.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to measure client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize positive reinforcement and ABA techniques to build communication and daily living skills.
• Support behavior reduction goals and assist in developing behavior support plans.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with families, supervisors, and the treatment team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children and clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental needs
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data to measure client progress and treatment outcomes
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and daily-living skills
• Support behavior reduction goals and assist in developing behavior support plans
• Maintain clear, effective communication with families, supervisors, and the treatment team

Who We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification, OR a Behavior Technician (BT) willing to obtain RBT certification (we support your path to certification)
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Passionate, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instruction, work independently, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to client confidentiality
• Reliable transportation for in-home, school, and community sessions
• Willingness to pass a background check
