Job summary

New Dawn ABA is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home or in-school settings across Colorado. This part-time role offers flexible shifts, supportive mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a clinical team.

You'll work under a BCBA, follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with families and supervisors. Prior RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related coursework preferred).
• Experience in ABA, education, childcare, or working with children is a plus - not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA
• Follow treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies as designed by the BCBA
• Accurately collect and record data during each session
• Communicate effectively with families, supervisors, and team members
• Help maintain a safe, supportive environment for clients
