Job summary

GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Iliff, CO area.

You will work one-to-one under BCBA supervision, implement skill-building and behavior reduction plans, document data, and collaborate with families. Competitive pay and strong clinical support are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience with children is preferred but not required.
• Passion for working with children and supporting families.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations provided by the BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Support positive behavior change and help clients reach their individualized goals.

GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Iliff, CO area.

What You'll Do
