Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Iliff, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and adolescents with ASD and developmental needs. You will work 1:1 with clients ages 2–18 in their homes and community settings under BCBA supervision.

We offer $25–$31/hour based on experience, monthly bonus opportunities, cancellation pay, two raises per year, and BCBA-led clinical support. Paid training, CE opportunities, and travel between homes are included.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to travel to client homes within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans.
• Develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations from the BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Support positive behavior change and help clients reach individualized goals.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Iliff, CO area.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification required
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Passion for working with children and supporting families
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable
