GreenLight ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs throughout the Iliff, CO area.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients ages 2–18 in homes and community settings, implementing skill-building programs, collecting session data, and following BCBA supervision and treatment plans to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Spanish-speaking is preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable with strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction plans.
• Help clients develop communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.
• Collect and accurately document session data.
• Follow treatment plans and clinical recommendations provided by the BCBA.
• Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and the clinical team.
• Support positive behavior change and help clients reach their individualized goals.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Active RBT certification required

• Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred

• Experience working with children is preferred but not required

• Passion for working with children and supporting families

• Reliable, responsible, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area

• Ability to pass a background check
