SkyCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA therapy for children with autism in homes, schools, and clinics. The role emphasizes compassionate, data-driven progress using evidence-based approaches like DTT and NET.

You will collect data, track progress, and collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates to ensure a safe, engaging environment that supports each child’s growth toward independence and social milestones.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Experience with children and ASD.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
