Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in homes, schools, and clinics.

As part of a mission-driven team, you will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and track progress to inform treatment plans, while collaborating with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates to create a safe, engaging environment that helps children reach their full potential with compassion and

Qualifications

• Must be RBT certified and pass background check.
• Experience with children and ASD preferred.
• Ability to participate in active play and therapy activities.

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your Role:

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency

Qualifications:

• RBT certified
• Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD
• Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities
