Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in homes, schools, and clinics.

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data to inform treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs and caregivers to create a supportive, evidence-based program that fosters meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD.
• Physical ability to participate in active play and therapeutic activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
• Help children reach their full potential with compassion and consistency.
