Job summary

SkyCare ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. Join a mission-driven team using evidence-based approaches like DTT and NET across homes, schools, and clinics.

You will deliver one-to-one therapy, collect data to guide progress, collaborate with BCBAs and families, ensure a safe engaging environment, and help children reach their full potential with compassion.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children and passion for supporting those with ASD.
• Able to participate in active play and therapy activities.
• Background check clearance and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and track progress to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members.
• Ensure a safe, engaging environment for client success.
