JOB SUMMARY

The RBT works directly with clients on the Autism spectrum, providing services in their homes or schools. The treatment follows ABA principles and is supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide instruction to increase communication, daily living, social, and play skills
• Support clients in various settings
• Develop creative ways to motivate clients to learn
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
• Collaborate with therapists, providers, BCBAs, caregivers, and school staff
• Follow guidance and feedback from supervising staff
• Collect and record data on client progress using Central Reach
• Complete required trainings on organizational and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and compliance with billing policies
• Ensure patient privacy, HIPAA compliance, and confidentiality
• Travel to client locations as needed
