Job summary

A Sense of Autism is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team in a clinical setting, working directly with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

We are looking for patient, energetic, reliable individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and caregivers
• Participate in training and supervision meetings
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
