Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism in in-home, in-school, and community settings across Arizona, including Prescott Valley.

You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, help implement treatment plans by BCBA, and collect progress data while collaborating with families and clinical staff. Flexible schedules and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires RBT certification (preferred) and active BACB registration.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client progress and ensure meaningful outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of progress.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one‑on‑one with children in‐home, in‑school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
