Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Coolidge, AZ. Earn $20–$28/hour with flexible schedules and opportunities to work in-home and in-school across Arizona. Full- and part-time options available, with training and ongoing development.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, implement BCBA-created plans, and track client progress while collaborating with families and clinical staff to support children’s growth.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred
• Active BACB registration required or in process
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and clinical team
• Celebrate client progress and ensure meaningful outcomes
• Maintain accurate progress records for clients
• Travel to clients' homes or community settings as needed
• Provide services in-home and in-school across Arizona

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client's progress
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
