Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring an RBT to work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings across Arizona. You will deliver ABA therapy, implement BCBA-created plans, and accurately collect data to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and BACB registration preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation for local travel to client homes.
• Experience with children and ABA background is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one with children.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately and timely.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Track progress and celebrate client successes.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services

• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and document client data accurately

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress

• Accurately keep record of client’s progress

• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services

• Services provided in-person throughout Arizona

• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
• Active registration with the BACB
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

• Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
• Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
