Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and in-school ABA services across Georgia, including Monroe, GA. This role involves working one-on-one with children, delivering ABA therapy, and implementing BCBA plans.

You will collect data, support skill development, and coordinate with families and clinical staff. Applicants must hold an active RBT certification and BACB registration, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess reliable transportation with

What You'll Do

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services


• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA


• Collect and document client data accurately


• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development


• Collaborate with families and clinical team members


• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress


• Accurately keep record of client's progress


• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services


• Services provided in-person throughoutGeorgia


• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

What we expect from you:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• Active registration with the BACB


• High School Diploma or GED


• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Experience working with children preferred


• ABA experience preferred, but not required

Schedule Options

Full-Time - 35-40 hours per week

Part-Time - 10-20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
