Total Care ABA in Georgia is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.

Training Provided
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.
Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect and document client data accurately
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
Collaborate with families and clinical team members
Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
Accurately keep record of client’s progress
Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
Services provided in-person throughout Georgia
Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
Active registration with the BACB
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children preferred
ABA experience preferred, but not required
Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
